Custom Sign Orders

When you place an order for a custom-designed sign with 3Dsign Makers, detailed specifications regarding the sign materials, size, design elements, production time estimates, shipping details, and pricing will be provided to you. By placing the order, you agree to the specifications and pricing quoted. Additional charges may apply if you request design changes or adjustments after placing the order. We warrant all custom signs against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the order delivery date.

All content on the 3Dsign Makers website, including but not limited to images, text, trademarks, branding, photos, and designs are the intellectual property of 3Dsign Makers and protected by copyright law. The 3Dsign Makers name and logo are registered trademarks of our parent company. You may not use, copy, distribute, modify or share website content without our express written consent.  

Privacy Policy

3Dsign Makers respects your privacy and ensures all personal data provided to us is kept confidential. We do not share, distribute, or reveal customer personal data to third party organizations. The personal data we may collect via our website order forms includes names, business names, business addresses, email addresses, and phone/fax numbers strictly for business identification, order fulfillment and accounts purposes.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection and use of information you provide to us per the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. If we intend to change the way we use your personal data, you will be notified by email prior to any changes taking effect.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full prior to shipment of your completed custom sign order(s). 3Dsign Makers accepts payments by Visa Card, Master Card, Wire transfer, American Express, and Discover Card from United States-based companies and individuals only. All prices, quotes, and payments are in United States dollars (USD).

Cancellation Policy 

If you wish to cancel a placed order, 3Dsign Makers charges order cancellation fees on the following scale:

• Orders canceled within 24 hours receive a full refund. 
• Orders canceled 48+ hours after order placement incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the quoted order cost.
• Custom sign orders canceled 7 or more days after order placement incur a 50% cancellation fee based on quoted order cost.

Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to complete and ship custom sign orders within the production times provided in our project quotes and order forms. Weather, import delays, or other unforeseen challenges can occasionally delay order production and delivery. You will be notified promptly of any order delays longer than 5 business days past the maximum production time estimate provided during order placement. Rush order fees will be waived in cases where 3Dsign Makers experiences order production delays more than 10 business days past initial time estimates.

Liability Disclaimer 

3Dsign Makers shall not be liable for any lost profits, construction delays, building compliance issues, or other indirect, consequential, or special liabilities arising from the use of our custom signs, website services, production delays or order issues. Our liability of any kind shall not exceed the invoiced value of goods and services purchased from 3Dsign Makers. Certain state laws do not permit limitations on implied warranties. If any disclaimer or limitation on warranties included in these Terms & Conditions violates the law in your state, such disclaimer/limitation shall be void solely as it applies to you.

Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions and our business relationship shall be governed under the state laws where 3Dsign Makers is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or our business relationship must be legally filed within our headquarter state location per our Governing Law agreement.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated T&Cs will be posted on our website 10 days prior to changes taking effect (major changes) or 24 hours prior (minor changes). Continued use of our website, products or services after any changes constitutes your consent and agreement to the revised Terms and Conditions.
